Methodology

We follow a strategic, targeted and research intensive approach to executive search. This approach is grounded in our understanding of your business and our analysis of your needs. We look for the top 5 or 10 executives in the world that could fit your requirements, and reach out to them on a very personalized basis.  This work, including thorough vetting of candidates, is performed by one of our Managing Directors, with back office support from a team of researchers.  We continually work at improving our recruiting techniques and employ a 'style' that is appropriately aggressive yet professional, humble, and respectful.

We believe this methodology is the best approach for quickly obtaining results on your behalf.

Fee Arrangements

We are a retained executive search firm and our standard professional fee is one third of the placed executive’s first year compensation package.  In addition, we charge expenses related to the search.
