Paul McCartney is Managing Director of Heritage Search Partners, a retainer-based executive search firm, and is based in New York City.                 
                     
Mr.McCartney oversees all functions relating to search assignments for board members, chief executive officers, and senior level executives on a global basis.  He has over 25 years of experience in the executive search profession and has successfully completed over 400 assignments.

Mr. McCartney's extensive executive search experience includes partnerships in several international search firms.  Before entering the executive search profession he held a variety of top-level executive positions.  Most recently, Mr. McCartney was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Syntrex, Inc., a New Jersey-based manufacturer and worldwide distributor of computer hardware and software.  Before joining Syntrex, Mr. McCartney was Vice President of Marketing for Computer Language Research, Inc., a Dallas-based computer services company.  Mr. McCartney began his career with Xerox Corporation, where he held various sales, marketing, and management positions.

Mr. McCartney earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester Graduate School of Management.
